The bad news is that our stock price has dropped 65% in one month, everyone’s RRSPs have been decimated, nickel is so cheap that we are perilously close to cash-negative status, the cost of inputs is skyrocketing, the price of nickel isn’t expected to rebound for almost two years, recruiting is about to be shut down, layoffs and death and pestilence loom, and if I get to keep my job I’ll have to bring my own firewood in to heat the office. I am scared. I am nervous. I am exhausted with worry.

The other bad news is that when I am in a state like this I take refuge in music videos and now I’m in love with Mika.
