Speaking of genetics, my cousin just put up this photo of her little girl on FB with the caption “Jessie looks EXACTLY like Prem did at 20 months!”

Holy crap, she. totally. does. Same nose, same mouth, same eyes, same hair, same playing with our mothers’ glasses. This leads me to suspect that should I have a daughter, she will look exactly like that at 20 months too.

Wow. I’m still doing double-takes.

   In that case, you must have been one cute toddler! It’s a toddler right? When you are 20 months? Oh what do I know. But CUTE!

   Yes, cute toddler! (Toddling = walking, I believe.) The best part is, she’s a twin, and her sister looks so totally different that we’ve been joking about her having a different father. Fraternal twins are hilarious. :-D

   Dang, that’s my mom’s take on things too. I try to argue with her: “Mom, it’s not a one-person proposition!” “Oh honey, you’re just not trying hard enough to make it a two-person proposition, that’s all.”

   You better watch out or they’ll arrange something for you while you’re not looking! Although that said, the only people I know who have pre-arranged marriages are happy …
